How to Add Blocks to a Product Page on Squarespace
If you want to make your product pages look even better on Squarespace then you can try adding blocks.
You can add any type of block, from video blocks to newsletter sign-ups, to your page. But how? Let’s find out…

Want a framework for designing the perfect homepage?
To add blocks to a product page on Squarespace head to your product page and select the three dots next to the product in the left hand menu list.
Select Edit and this will take you to the product editor. Select Additional Info and this is where you can add your blocks.
The page will look just like your product page and you just need to hit the blue + icon and add your blogs. You can drag and drop them to resize them and move them around the page just like you would a normal block.
Once you’re happy hit save and then head back to your product page to check your page looks how you intended.
And that’s how you add a block to your product page. It’s a bit of a strange process so not everybody realizes how to do it, but hopefully now it’s a trick you’ll have up your sleeve for future ecommerce builds.
