Automatically make all titles uppercase on Squarespace

One of the most popular stylistic choices that clients ask me for is to make all titles uppercase.

When creating a content hierarchy within a Squarespace website, titles are key and making them uppercase is a great way to make them stand out and catch users attention.

The good news is that it’s something you can do natively in Squarespace, so keep reading to find out how.

Want a framework for designing the perfect homepage?

Navigate to site styles. You can find site styles by clicking the paintbrush icon that appears in the top of your Squarespace editor dashboard.

Within site styles select Fonts > Headings and then scroll down to Text Transform. By clicking this you’ll be presented with a drop down menu with three options:

  • Lowercase

  • Capitalize

  • Uppercase

Select uppercase and all of your titles will change to uppercase fonts. Of course, you can also change them to lowercase or capitalized if you want.

Once you’re happy, hit save and your titles will be updated.

A super simple and useful native Squarespace feature that can help to make your content stand out and engage users.
