Edit Website SEO Appearance on Squarespace
If you’re working on your website SEO and want your site to start ranking for your target keywords, then one thing to consider is editing the SEO appearance of your website.
The SEO appearance is basically how your website appears in search results, and includes the meta title and meta description.

Want a framework for designing the perfect homepage?
To edit your website’s SEO appearance head to Settings > Marketing > SEO Appearance.
Here you will see there is a space for your SEO title and your SEO description.
You can either fill these in yourself, including your target keywords, or you can use the Squarespace AI to write it for you.
If you do choose to use the AI, be sure to edit it yourself to add a human touch.
Once you’re happy, hit save and you’re all done. Hopefully you’ll start rising up the rankings in no time!
