Embed Calendly into a Squarespace website

Calendly is one of the business tools I recommend to everyone. It’s a calendar management tool that allows you to share and manage your calendar.

Many of my clients have asked me therefore, can I embed Calendly into my Squarespace site? And the answer is yes!

Embedding Calendly into your Squarespace website allows users to book an appointment with you directly from your website, and it will be added to your calendar immediately.

So, without further ado, let’s take a look at how you can embed Calendly into your Squarespace website.

Firstly you need to add a section to your website where you want to embed your Calendly booking system. On the chosen page, add a section and add an embed block.

Hit save and now you need to head over to Calendly itself in a new tab. Log into your Calendly account and create the event type that you want to feature on your website such as a “15 minute kick off call”.

Once you’ve set up your Celendly event, click on the sharing options and choose the “Add to Website” option. Here you’ll be able to select “Inline Embed” which will present you with an embed code.

Copy the embed code and head back to your Squarespace dashboard.

Go back to your embed block and double click to bring up the edit panel. Select Code Snippet > Embed Data and simply paste in the embed code from Calendly.

Hit save and your Calendly form has now been added to your Squarespace website.

You can also have a play around with the styling, dragging the blocks to the size you want them and adding background colours to make your Calendly form stand out.

And there you have it, an easy and efficient way for people to book an appointment, linking directly to your own calendar.
