Create a 'Featured In' Section on Squarespace

A great way to add trust to your online brand is to include a featured in section on your Squarespace website.

This allows you to showcase all of the publications and partners your brand has worked with or featured in and is a pretty common website feature.

Here’s how you can add one to your Squarespace website…

Head to the edit dashboard for the page you want to add your featured in section to and add a blank section.

Within your new section you first want to add a text block and add text along the lines of “featured in”. Don’t forget to stretch this text box across the whole page.

Next add a shape block and drag and drop it under the text block where you want it to appear.

In the design tab for the shape block, select the color you want it to be and any other design aspects such as rounded corners. Shrink the box to the size you want it to be on the page.

Next add your image blocks for your logos. Add an image block and shrink it down to size and place it where you want it over the shape block. Duplicate it as many times as required.

Once you’ve added all of the image blocks in the place you want them, upload your logos, one per image block.

You might find you have to play around with the sizing of the image so that they look right and don’t forget to make your logos all one color and remove the background from the images before you upload them.

You can also do this without the shape block, just adding the images to a standard background. Totally your choice.

And that’s how you add a featured in section to your Squarespace website. Try it and let me know how you get on!
